Day 02
Breakfast. Excursion to the National Park Tierra del Fuego (with entrance included). This park is a unique one along this country's coastline. It is the place where the Andes Mountains meet the Argentine Sea. We can observe species like lengas, sour cherries, ñires, calafates, notros, violets and senecios. Among the wildlife we can find the beaver that creates its dams causing flooding in some places. The excursion offers beautiful, panoramic views of the Beagle Channel framed by mountains and forests. Day 03
Breakfast. Free day for several activities. We recommend the excursion to Lake Fagnano. We leave from Ushuaia towards the northeast by National Route 3 and will cross Olivia River near kilometer 100, cross over Five Brothers Mountain and Olivia Mountain, and continue through the valleys of Carabajal, Tierra Mayor and the Cotorras. We will arrive soon at the highest point of the island in Garibaldi Step, at 450 mts. above sea level. From that panoramic point we will observe the Host Petrel and the Fagnano Lake. We will continue along the shores of Lake Fagano past sawmills, forests. We will then return to the hotel.

Breakfast. Transfer to the airport of Ushuaia. Return in flight to Buenos Aires. Arrival and end of our services.
Optional Excursions
1.Train To The End Of The World
Located along the road to the National Park, the train leaves from the central station and uses the original track of which was at one time used by the prisoners train. Along the way, you will see a reconstruction of an indigenous village and a natural waterfall. The track soon goes takes us 4.5 km into the Park where it is possible to continue by bus or return to the Station. The excursion lasts 2 approximately hours.
2.Excursion To Penguin Marine and Harberton
Depart from the local port for Paso Chico; and from there enter the magical world of the Beagle Channel, which is sure to astonish you with its island, landscapes, and bird life. The tour continues to Pájaro Island and Los Lobos Island. Along the way, we will see the Lighthouse and Les Eclaireurs Island, faithful testaments to the downfall of Monte Cervantes (1930). Later we will sail near by Remolino, where the partly buried casket of Monte Sarmiento (1912) rests. Heading up to Puerto Almanza, we will disembark for some free time to enjoy, and here you have the option to have lunch. Afterwards, we will continue our journey to Haberton, where we will stay for at least 15 minutes to watch the colony of penguins that breeding on the island. Lastly, we will return to Port Almanza, from where we will head back to Ushuaia. Duration approximately 6 to 9 hours.
3.Trekking a la Laguna Perdida

Walk from the HOTEL(20 km.) to the valley Tierra Mayor. From the Nunatak Refuge the long walk begins, we will cross forests of lengas and cohiues. The possibility of sighting foxes, cóndores and beavers is always latent. We are in the heart of the Natural Reserve Tiearra del Fuego, in the Lost Lagoon, the color of its waters and its geographic location in the heat of fueguina mountain range invites to stop, to rest and to eat lunch by the borders of the lagoon. Finally we undertake the return to the refuge and later we returned to the hotel. |
