4.Trekking Glaciar Ojo de Albino

Leaving from the Hotel (20 kms) to the valley Tierra Mayor. From the Nunatak Refuge the long walk begins, we cross túrbales, forests of lengas and cohiues. The possibility of sighting foxes, cóndores and beavers is always latent. We are in the heart of the NATURAL Reserve of Tierra del Fuego, in the Lost Lagoon, the color of its waters and their geographic location in the heat of fueguina mountain range invites to stop, and to contemplate the beauty s from the place to borders of the lagoon. Soon we will continue towards the main affluent of the Lost Lagoon, in the glacier Ojo de Albino. We arrive at the glacier and it will surprise a Dantesque spectacle to us of ice and mountains. We will start the exploration of the glacier, arriving at the viewpoint of Beban where we have lunch, we continue the passage, with shutdowns in panoramic points of impressive beauty. Return to the Nunatak refuge and later return to the Hotel.
