Transfer to the airport and depart for Cuzco. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. City group tour in Cusco. Guided visit to the Cathedral, The Inca Temple of Koricancha and the nearby ruins such as: Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara The Red fortress and Tambomachay. Overnight in Cusco.
-Day 02 Aguas Calientes
Pick up at the hotel and transfer to the train station. Backpackers train leaves from Cusco at 06:15, arriving in Aguas Calientes at 10:10. -Day 03 Machu Picchu

The citadel is situated over 2,300 meters above sea level in the province of Urubamba on a remote mountain top. From the ruins, there is a magnificent view of the deep gorge of the Urubamba River, surrounded by the steep mountian sides covered in tropical jungle After visiting the citadel of Machu Picchu, you will enjoy your lunch in Aguas Calientes Train from Aguas Calientes to Cusco.
