Ascent to The Summit of mt. Pisco

It was in 1951, when the French expedition that arrived for the first time at its summit baptized the snowed one both making mention to liters of pisco that “made fun of” the porteadores after the expedition reached the summit the West. The original name seems to have itself lost in the oral tradition. |
| Itinerary: |
-Day 01
Breakfast, transfer from Huaraz to Ceballapampa. Hike to the Mt. Pisco base camp (4680 m / 15,354 ft).
-Day 02
Climb from base camp to camp Morrena (4900 m / 16076 ft.)
-Day 03
Camp Morrena - Cumbre del Pisco (5752 m / 18,871 ft) - Base Camp. Begin the climb at approximately 03:00 am. On Mt. Pisco it is possible to get a spectacular 360° panorámica view of the majestic mountains of Huáscaran, Chopicalqui, Chacraraju, and Artesonraju.
-Day 04
Base Camp - Cebollapampa - Transfer to Huaraz. |

• Sun protectant (SPF 15-20), insect repellent.
• Coat, polar lining, raincoat or windbreaker.
• Harness, automatic crampones, escarpines, simple helmet, lugs, ice piolet, pads, ochos, cords, stakes, screws, tapes, nails and other climbing gear. |
